Volunteering opportunity: Operations

Sports Operations position is key in making the engine of Aidia Sports runs smoothly.

Responsible for:

Coordinating projects

• Tournaments for local youth teams
• Life skills workshop
• Sports tourism

Doing some research work

• What are the needs in schools and how Aidia can position itself to fulfill them.
• Where and how to recruit talent. This will be important as one of Aidia goals is to have more
  girls involved and engaged in football.
• Research the small businesses (preferably local) that Aidia can partner with.

Running errands

This could be from clerical work to finding a camera/ video person to document out
activities.

• Creative
• Social person

This is a volunteering position that could be converted to permanent in the future depending on the
persons performance and the growth of Aidia Sports. Aidia will help with bus fare when running errands
for the company.
